OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Oswego State men's tennis beat Cazenovia College at home earning their first win of the season with a score of 7-2.
The Lakers were quick out of the gates, winning both second doubles (Van Hine / Thorn) and third doubles (Carges / McCune) with scores of 8-0.
Oswego continued its dominating play into singles.
Ben Weiss earned a win at second singles after a close match ended with him on top 7-5, 4-6, 10-4. The Lakers rounded out the day winning three through sixth singles in straight sets.
Oswego ends their fall season with a record of 1-2. They will resume play in the spring with a home match against Alfred University on February 23.
