Oswego, NY - The SUNYAC has announced their weekly awards. The Lakers very own Giavanna White-Principio was named the SUNYAC Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week.

The Lakers earned a dominant win over SUNY Poly and Giavanna earned her 6th double-double of the season. She Scored 12 points and grabbed 14 rebounds while leading the Lakers. So far this season White-Principio is fourth in the SUNYAC in scoring (16.5ppg), and first in rebounding with 13.8 rebounds per game.

The Lakers will have a short break before returning on Saturday January 3^rd to host the Houghton Highlanders.
