OSWEGO, NY - The SUNYAC released its 2025 Women's Basketball All-Conference Teams and Individual Awards as nominated and voted on by the conference coaches.
There were three Lakers recognized this season!

Giavanna White Principio
Giavanna was named the Co-Player of the year as well as earning the honor of first team all-conference in the SUNYAC. Multiple times this year White-Principio was named Athlete 0f the Week by the conference for her efforts. This season, in 27 games, she averaged 12.1 points, 12 rebounds, and 2 blocks while shooting .468 from the floor. She earned an impressive 15 double doubles throughout the season while leading the conference in rebounds per game, field goal percentage and blocks. Giavanna is in her junior season with the Lakers and is from Waterloo, New York.
Macey DeOrdio
Macey has named second team all-conference by the SUNYAC. This season in 27 games, Macey averaged 13.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 3.4 assists. She finished the season 4
th overall in the conference in points per game and fifth overall in total steals. Earlier this year, DeOrdio was named conference athlete of the week after scoring her season high 26 points at home against Alfred University. This was DeOrdio's senior year with the Lakers and she comes to Oswego from Nedrow, New York.
Shania Iglesias
Shania was named third team all-conference by the SUNYAC. This season she appeared in 27 games averaging 14.7 points, 5.5 rebounds and 3 assists. Iglesias also collected 33 steals. For the majority of the season, Shania lead the SUNYAC in scoring and finished second overall. Shania scored her season high against Wesleyan during the Holiday tournament on the road where she had 24 points and 10 rebounds. This was her senior season with the Lakers and she comes to Oswego from Baldwin, NY.
The Lakers fell in the semifinal round of the SUNYAC Tournament to the New Paltz Hawks last weekend completing their 2024-25 campaign.
