Oswego State Athletics

Ryan Tibbetts of the Oswego State men’s soccer team has been named Athlete of the Week for the week ending September 1, 2013.

In the Oswego State Men’s Soccer Tournament the, Lakers tied 1-1 with Houghton College.

Tibbetts scored Oswego’s only goal with his first goal of the season in the 28th minute of the opening half.

The Lakers finished the tournament 0-1-1, losing the second day’s contest 1-0 to Alfred University.

For his efforts during the tournament, Tibbetts was named to the All-Tournament team.
