Oswego State Athletics Hall of Fame
A two-sport athlete that played field hockey and softball, Ryan also earns a spot in the Hall of Fame. Ryan was a part of a field hockey squad that went 45-20 over her four years, including posting double-digit wins in three-consecutive years (1982-84). She currently is second in program history for career assists (20), fourth for goals (30) and tied for third in career points (80).

During her softball career, Ryan was a three-time All-New York State Association for Intercollegiate Athletics for Women (NYSAIAW) Tournament performer, including in 1984 when Oswego State won the title. In 1985, she was also named to the All-SUNYAC Team.
