Oswego State Athletics Hall of Fame
Carrabs was a two-time All-America selection for the men's ice hockey team. As a junior, Carrabs was recognized as a First Team All-American and followed that with a second team nod after his final campaign. The defenseman scored 20 or more points in three of his four seasons, including a career-high 28 points as a freshman. A two-time First Team All-SUNYAC selection, Carrabs played 118 games in an Oswego uniform, racking up 82 points. One of his lasting impacts was helping to lead the Lakers to a 25-7-1 record and an NCAA Championship berth during the 2002-03 season.
